In a small town called Castiglione di Sicilia, Nonna was shown how to make pasta by her mother from spoken recipes passed down over many generations. Nonna brought those recipes to Australia, and has been making them for her family for the last 60 years. These recipes have now been handed down to us, and we want to share the pasta with you.
We pride ourselves on hand-making the pasta and sauces using only the freshest ingredients, just like Nonna showed us.
